Municipal Law

Clayman, Tapper & Baram, LLC has represented clients before many municipal and state agencies. At the municipal level our law firm has appeared before local boards and agencies such as the Town Council, Health District, Board of Tax Review, Board of Education, Fire District, and Zoning & Wetlands Commissions. We have represented municipal employees in grievance procedures, retirement negotiations and employment contracts. MUNICIPAL & STATE AGENCIES

Our attorneys counsel clients on a range of municipal regulatory issues, including subdivisions, variances and other nonconforming uses. The services we provide include:
