Immigration and Nationality Law
The Immigration and Nationality law practice area of Clayman, Tapper & Baram consists of three attorneys and two staff persons. The attorneys have over 60 years experience in the immigration field among them.
The practice area provides services to businesses and to individuals. On the business side, we assist companies in bringing key personnel to the United States for both temporary and permanent employment. In the temporary visa area, we obtain visas in all of the H categories, E-1, E-2, L-1, O & P visas. On the permanent side, we prepare and file Labor Certification applications on behalf of our clients and other permanent employment based immigration cases such as extraordinary workers, outstanding researchers and professors, international business transferees and National Interest Waivers.
We also represent a significant number of investors, religious workers, athletes and others.
On the business side, our clientele range from universities and high tech business organizations to large multinational businesses as well as small local businesses such as restaurants, machine shops, construction companies and others.
Our services to individuals include family reunification visas, adjustment of status, asylum and refugee matters, student visas, citizenship issues such as naturalization and derivative citizenship and deportation matters including waivers. We maintain constant attention to current legislation, regulations and immigration trends.
We have up to date immigration software and prepare all immigration forms directly from desktop.
The Immigration Department attorneys and staff are available during working hours to answer your questions. We provide convenient appointment times and a variety of fee arrangements.
