Clayman, Tapper & Baram, LLC, Attorneys at Law, announced that Brian J. Ladouceur, Jr. has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney.
Attorney Ladouceur concentrates his practice in the area of corporate litigation, corporate counseling, business and commercial transactions and employment law. His experience in these areas enables him to formulate strategy and educate business persons regarding legal trends. He has represented clients before the Connecticut Superior Court and Massachusetts District and Superior Courts. He received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Western New England College in 2003. He also received a MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University. He is a member of the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bar Associations, as well as the American, Hartford County and Hamden County Bar Associations.
Attorney Ladouceur represents small to medium sized businesses, including those in construction related industries and business to business services such as software companies, consulting practices, professional medical practices, engineer/inventors and distributors. He assists clients with litigation matters such as breach of contracts, employment matters and construction defects; and with corporate matters such as commercial financing, asset sales, licensing agreements, operating agreements, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements.
