Paul Litman, was a founding member of Clayman, Tapper & Baram, LLC. He practices in the areas of Criminal Defense, Personal Injury Law, including Medical and Dental Malpractice, and Products Liability and Workers Compensation. An attorney in private practice for more than forty-four years, he has extensive experience in these areas. In developing a client's Personal Injury case, Paul works closely with the client's team of health professionals as well as medical and other experts to develop both the liability and medical aspects of the case.
Paul received his Bachelor of Science Degree from American International College in Springfield, Massachusetts in 1961, and was graduated from the Boston University School of Law in 1964.
He is a member of the Hartford County and State of Connecticut Bar Associations, as well as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
