Jason represents both public and private companies in immigration matters, providing the legal counsel necessary for them to secure highly specialized personnel required for their businesses. His representation of individuals includes family reunification, political asylum, deportation defense, naturalization and citizenship matters.

A frequent lecturer in the area of employment based immigration law, Jason's lectures and seminars provide important information to area businesses on this rapidly changing and complex area of immigration law.

He received his B. A. degree from the University of Michigan in 1965 and his L.L.B. degree from Boston College Law School in 1968. He is admitted to the Bar in both Connecticut and Massachusetts.
