Jason Yale Gans, a member of Clayman, Tapper & Baram, LLC, has dedicated his practiced to Immigration and Nationality Law for more than thirty years. He served as the former Chief Legal Officer, former Chief of the Nationality Section, and former General Attorney for the United States Department of Justice, Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) at Hartford, Connecticut from 1973 to 1985.
Jason represents both public and private companies in immigration matters, providing the legal counsel necessary for them to secure highly specialized personnel required for their businesses. His representation of individuals includes family reunification, political asylum, deportation defense, naturalization and citizenship matters.
